Effective May 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Play Fast Golf (“Play Fast Golf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit playfast.golf (the “Site”). Play Fast Golf is based in San Diego, CA United States.

This Site is a business-to-business marketing site for our club-management platform. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the email address you provide and, if you choose to share them, your name, your club’s name, and the contents of your message. The email address is the only required field.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the contact form, we also record your IP address and browser user-agent string at the time of submission. We use this as a basic anti-spam and security measure.

Analytics information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive). Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect information such as your device, browser, approximate location (derived from IP, which Google truncates), and on-site activity. We do not send Google any directly identifying information such as your name or email. See “Your Choices” below for how to opt out.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiry and follow up about Play Fast Golf;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • measure and understand Site traffic and performance; and
  • detect, prevent, and address spam, abuse, or security issues.

We will only use the details you submit through the contact form to follow up with you about Play Fast Golf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site, and only as needed for them to perform their services:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics.
  • SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — delivery of our internal lead-notification emails.
  • Our hosting provider — to host the Site and store submissions.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.

4. Data Retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and for our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Opt out of analytics. Our Site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically suppress Google Analytics for your visits. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block cookies in your browser settings.

California residents. Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Everyone. Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through our contact form. Just email us.

6. Cookies

The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for the purposes described above. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Honoring a GPC signal (above) is the simplest way to opt out of our analytics cookies.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
